At Let’s Talk About It Spa, located at 12611 N 103rd Ave, Sun City, AZ 85351, inside Studio Suites 27, Suite 25, we strive to provide exceptional service and a relaxing experience for all of our clients. Please carefully review the following policies and terms, which are effective immediately as of January 1, 2024.
Appointment Policy
- Timeliness: We value your time and ask that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, you will only receive the remaining time of your scheduled session.
- Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellation & No-Show: If you cannot make your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if proper notice is not provided. In the event of a no-call/no-show, we reserve the right to redeem any applicable vouchers (including Groupon).
- Refund Policy: Please note, we do not offer refunds for any services rendered or vouchers purchased.
- Age Restrictions: For the comfort and safety of all clients, no one under the age of 18 is permitted to receive services. Children are not allowed to wait in the lobby. If children are brought to the spa, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. We ask that you contact us before booking if you have any concerns or special requests.
Voucher Policy
- Groupon Vouchers: Groupon vouchers cannot be used for bookings made through this website. They are accepted only for appointments made directly via Groupon’s platform. By Appointment only! Please call, text or email.
- Availability: Groupon vouchers are not valid on weekends or holidays. They are only valid for bookings Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
